Refunds usually take up to five business days (for transfers to a bank account) or up to ten days (for transfers to your credit card) once the return shipment has been registered in our system.
Please note that you will not see the credit for this amount until you receive your next credit card statement, even though the amount has already been transferred. We cannot influence your credit card statement.
It may take up to 28 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We will refund the purchase price of the returned product once we have checked and found that everything is in order. The amount will be refunded to you by the same payment method you chose to pay for your order.
