Damaged or Defective Items

If the products / packages appear battered or defective, we recommend that you:

  • Do not accept delivery and sign the paper stating “Refused to accept due to damage”.
  • Take a photo of the packaging before unpacking the item(s).
  • In this way we can determine the reasons for the damages and prevent such incidents in the future.
  • In all cases, contact Poseidon immediately to report the problem.
