Frequently Asked Questions
Once you have selected your products, add them to your shopping bag by clicking “Add to Cart”.
The ordering process has 4 steps:
- Fill in your personal information
- Choose the delivery method and fill in the delivery details
- Fill in your payment and shipping information
- Review your order and click PLACE ORDER
If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped, you can contact the Online Shopping Customer Service Department by phone: 210 422 5930 or by e-mail: info@e-poseidonms.gr and we will handle the cancellation of your order.
After the cancellation process, the paid amount will be refunded to you. It may take a couple of days to appear on your account, depending on your bank.

Your payment is completed via a secure and encrypted connection to ensure that your payment details cannot be accessed by unauthorized third parties. Your payment is guaranteed through our payment partner. We guarantee that we will not store your Debit/Credit card information on our own server.
You have the right to return the whole order or part of it within 14 days from the date you received it. Once we have received your returned product(s), you will receive a confirmation email from us.
The product must be in perfect condition, in its original form as you received it.
The customer is obliged to pay the return fees. Unpaid returns will not be accepted by the company and will return to the customer.
Upon receipt of your products and after evaluation by our company, we will proceed with the return. Returns may take up to 10 business days to be processed after the order is cancelled.
When your order is packed and ready to depart from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation including your receipt and a tracking number of your order.
The courier company will contact you before delivery or if they cannot find you at the mentioned address. If necessary, we will contact you for any changes or clarifications regarding your order.
We have two delivery options available:
Click and collect – From our premises
Delivery to the address of your choice via courier company. The cost is 3,95€
